I would spend time with characterizing Aaron. What qualities does he have, what is your relationship to him. Then do the same with Trent. Do this just before going to sleep. And see what the dreamer gives you next.
Keep in mind that we are working on the premise that each character in your dream is a dimension of your self which needs attention.
