Often times what we are doing with such thrashing dismemberment and savage cutting is attempting to re-member our masculine and feminine images.
That no one died and ended up eating together later suggests the work is not done and that the re-construction of your inner masculine and feminine will have future episodes of slashing and re-imaging.
