Since a Bear hibernates, when the symbol appears it can mean one is waking up spiritually. The symbol of arising from a long sleep. Bears are also stong and powerful animals, so it means you have great strength & resources that have not yet been tapped. It's a great symbol.. I hope you keep a dream journal.
